The Bridgeton School

During the Parke County Covered Bridge Festival, held annually in October at the Bridgeton School, you can see quality vendors both indoors & outdoors.  The Bridgeton School houses a wide variety of handmade arts & crafts, antiques and collectibles, vintage-era items, and unique gift ideas you won't find anywhere else. 

Such unique gifts include handmade candles, bath salts, soaps, hand & body lotions, wreathes, dried flower arrange-ments, handpainted & woodcrafted items, signs, yard decorations, crocheted items, handstitched dollies & table decorations. 

The Gym, during the festival, houses the Antiques & Collectibles section.  You can find many rare oddities as well as an emporium of eclectic finds.

The Bridgeton School has something for everyone's taste, whether it be simple, elegant, elaborate, or extraordinary.

You can recall "back in the day" when you see the 1924 - 1960 Bridgeton High School pictures, memorabilia, athletic awards and trophies on display.

WANT TO DO A LITTLE CAMPING IN THE COUNTRY?

Maybe you just want to have a little rest and relaxation.  We have RV and Primitive Campsites available with full water and electric hookups.  Our Camping rates include our modern restrooms and shower facilities.

YOUR IDEA OF R&R NOT CAMPING?

The Bridgeton School does have a limited number of lodging rooms.  These rooms do book early for the Covered Bridge Festival and it is recommended to place your reservation early.

Lodging rooms are available at other times of the year as well as Covered Bridge Festival.
